The NL type mud pump is a single-stage single suction vertical centrifugal pump, also known as a multi-purpose submersible pump. It is used to transport and suck thick slurry, loading materials, and suspended solids in sewage operations. It can also be used for coal mine drainage and fluids containing mud blocks. Characteristics of NL type submersible pump:
1. The main components include volute, impeller, pump seat, pump casing, support cylinder, motor seat, and electric motor.
2. The snail shell, pump seat, motor seat, and impeller nut are cast from pig iron, with good corrosion resistance and convenient processing technology.
3. The impeller is made of three single chord curved blades, semi enclosed impeller, and malleable cast iron, which has high strength, corrosion resistance, easy processing, good passability, and high efficiency.
4. In order to reduce weight and cutting volume, the pump shaft is made of high-quality carbon steel cold drawn round steel.
5. The pump seat is equipped with four skeleton oil seals and shaft sleeves to prevent shaft wear and extend the service life of the shaft.
6. The NL type mud pump can be used vertically or obliquely, with a small footprint. The volute needs to be buried in the working medium for easy start-up and does not require water intake. The rotation direction should be clockwise when viewed from the tail of the motor.
